Ticket Notes
Ever wanna say "this user is an idiot, i mean really HOW HARD COULD RUNNING THE /suggest COMMAND BE I MEAN FFS ITS LIKE 7 SECON-" just me? oh ok
Well then im sure you've wanted to note down "user tried X and failed" or "User provided this info" etc. We'll with this feature you'll be able to set notes on every ticket that can be viewed easily

Ever wondered what a user thought of their support?
Do you also not want to be awkard and DM them for it?
Well Tickets will send a DM asking for feed back and send it to a channel for you to view, and will provide a 2 day limit before removing the option so you aint getting outdated data or wondering "What did we help them with?"
