By using the Bot in your Discord server, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you must remove the Bot from your server or leave servers where the Bot is present.

Messages posted by users within the server while interacting with the Bot

This data is collected to facilitate the functionality of the Bot, such as processing support tickets, managing roles and permissions, and improving user experience.

How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used solely for the operation of Tickets Bot. This includes:

Storing and retrieving user inputs to complete tasks and processes

Ensuring proper functioning of commands and features within the Bot

Data Retention

We retain all collected data indefinitely unless the Bot is removed from your server. Once the Bot is removed from a server, data related to that server will no longer be processed or stored. However, this data cannot be deleted by the server owner or user directly. The data will remain in our system as part of the operation of the Bot until its removal.

How to Stop Data Collection

To cease the collection of your server’s data, the following actions must be taken:

The server owner must remove the Bot from the server.

As a user, you must leave all servers where the Bot is active.

Once the Bot is removed from the server, data collection for that server will stop, but previously collected data will not be deleted.

Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect the collected data. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the data, as no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

MG Bots reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this document, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
